Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in pre-sales opportunities as well as ownership of post-sales support process
- Present and demonstrate technical details of Transmeta's LongRun2 products to customers
- Create technical documentation such as application notes for customers to integrate LongRun2 technology into their design
- Provide chip design expertise and planning assistance for customer products
- Provide appropriate product recommendations to meet customer requirements
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of SoC design flow including RTL (Verilog), simulation, synthesis, static timing, floor planning, and place and route
- Working knowledge of semiconductor device physics
- Good presentation skills, ability to clearly express technical concepts at a detailed or a high level, as situation requires
- Dynamic, self-starting individual with the ability to excite and instil confidence in customers about Transmeta's technology
- Flexible, willing to adapt to changing responsibilities
- Fluent in English
Experience:
- B.S./M.S. and 2+ years experience in digital design, or applications engineering
- FAE or customer interaction experience is a plus
