Job Description:
This job involves designing and simulating high performance and low power circuits for leading edge semiconductor fabrication processes in IP development or
chip design projects. Circuits may include bandgap reference, OTA, voltage regulator, charge pump, oscillators and thermometers. He/she must be able to communicate
with mask designers in order to complete the layout tasks. Some bringup, testing and characterization of circuits on silicon may be required.
Requirements:
- BS degree with 5+ years experience, MS degree with 3+ years experience, or equivalent
- Strong background in circuit design and theory
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso design environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate with layout designers
- Deep understanding of semiconductor physics
- IO experience a plus
